What areas do you deliver to in Melbourne?
We provide same-day flower and gift delivery throughout Melbourne metropolitan areas, with service available 7 days a week. For specific suburb inquiries or delivery to outer regions, please contact our team directly to confirm availability and timing.
What are your delivery hours?
For Melbourne metro areas, our same-day delivery service is available for orders placed before 1pm. Our delivery drivers are out until approximately 7pm each day. For special occasions and peak periods, we recommend ordering early to secure your preferred delivery date.
Do I need to be home to receive a flower delivery?
While it's not required, we recommend someone be present to receive fresh flowers, especially during hot weather. If no one is available, our drivers will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location. Including the recipient's phone number allows our drivers to coordinate delivery if needed.
How are your flowers packaged for delivery?
Our flowers are carefully hydrated and packaged to maintain freshness during transit. Each arrangement is secured in water-retaining materials and protected in our signature packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we offer general delivery windows. For business deliveries, we prioritize business hours. For residential deliveries, we arrange our routes to ensure efficient delivery throughout the day.
How long will my flowers last?
With proper care, our fresh flower arrangements typically last 5-10 days. Our premium varieties and locally-sourced blooms generally offer extended vase life compared to imported flowers. Native arrangements can last significantly longer, with some varieties lasting several weeks with proper care.
How should I care for my flower arrangement?
For maximum longevity: 1) Keep your arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. 2) Change the water every 2-3 days. 3) Trim the stems at an angle by 1-2cm each time you change the water. 4) Remove any wilting flowers or leaves that fall below the waterline.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Our arrangements are handcrafted using the freshest seasonal blooms available each day. While we strive to match the style and color palette shown in our photos, each arrangement is unique and may vary slightly based on seasonal availability. We guarantee the same level of quality, design aesthetic, and value.
Are your flowers locally sourced?

Orders can be modified or canceled up to two hours after placement, provided they haven't entered our production process. For any changes, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, modifications may not be possible.
