Our Freshness Commitment:
We expect our standard floral arrangements, when properly cared for (following any provided instructions or general best practices like fresh water and avoiding direct heat/sun), to remain beautiful and vibrant for at least 3 days from delivery. Please note that the lifespan can naturally vary depending on the specific flower types, environmental conditions, and care provided.
What if You Have Concerns?
If, within 3 days of receiving your flowers, you feel they haven't met our freshness expectations or haven't lasted as they reasonably should despite proper care, please reach out to our customer care team.

- Replacement Offer: If we determine that the flowers did not meet reasonable quality or freshness standards upon assessment, we are happy to offer a one-time replacement arrangement per original order, delivered at the next suitable opportunity. The replacement will typically be of similar style and value, subject to seasonal availability of specific blooms.
- Fair Use Policy: This complimentary replacement offer is subject to fair use. This means:
- i.ceé Blooms limits replacement claims to one (1) per original paid order.
- We reserve the right to politely decline repeated replacement requests from the same customer or household if claims appear excessive, unreasonable, or outside the spirit of this freshness commitment.
- This policy applies specifically to concerns about the freshness and longevity of the blooms appearing within the first 3 days, distinct from immediate damage upon arrival (which should be reported within 24 hours as per our main Refund & Returns Policy).
